The other day we spoke with a gentleman in our office and gave him the application and information needed to make the submittal. I have attached the application to be completed. Provide a site plan showing where the trailer is going. In speaking with the gentleman he stated that the trailer is going on the adjacent property so the permit would need to go through review. List the address of trailer address not the job address and reference the building permit number for 160 Tunnel The application would list who the trailer is for, cost of trailer (lease or own), electrical contractor and cost and dates of time trailer will be on site. The site plan would show the property structures and location of trailer. You can submit through the online portal or bring the submittal to our office for processing.

We received your temp pole inspection request for 160 Tunnel Rd, I am unable to schedule this inspection because of a $104.00 re-inspection fee due on the account. Also, our inspector noticed the construction trailer that we were told was going to be removed is still on the property. If you plan to keep the construction trailer you will need to apply for a construction trailer permit. If our inspector comes back to the Job site and the trailer is still there without proper permits a Stop Work Order will be issued.

We have received your tco application for Tunnel Road. At this time we are unable to process. The general contractor for shell permit will need to apply for a tcc (temp certificate of compliance). There is also a water hold on the shell permit that will need to released before we can process the tcc. When the tcc is approved we can the process the tco for the upfit.

There is already an active water meter at 160 Tunnel Rd. The construction company has it in their name at this time.
It is a small meter though, so I wouldn't be surprised if they want to swap it out for a larger meter before Aspen Dental sets up shop. Mark Letterman might know more about that.
