Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), and similar laws in other states, you have the right to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of your personal information.
Netstate does not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We have not done so in the preceding twelve months. There is nothing you need to submit to stop a sale — because there is no sale to stop.
What we do with your personal information
The personal information we collect from account holders and visitors — name, email, organization, billing details, and usage and log data — is used only to operate and secure the service. We share it only with processors that run Netstate (hosting, payments, email) under contract, or where required by law. This is described in full in our privacy policy.
Business records are not your personal information
Netstate publishes public business records that originate from government and regulatory sources. That information is already public and is separate from the personal information of people who use Netstate. If a business record is inaccurate, outdated, or matched to the wrong entity, you can ask us to fix or remove it through Corrections & Removal.
Exercise your rights
To make a privacy request — including to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information — email hello@netstate.co. We respond within the period required by applicable law and will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.
