What do we publish about businesses?
This privacy notice explains what information we collect and why. Business records on Netstate originate from government and regulatory sources and are already public. We do not create this information; we collect, normalize and link it. We label each field with its source so you can verify it at origin — the methodology lists every dataset we use.
If a record about an entity is inaccurate, outdated, or matched to the wrong company, you can ask us to fix or remove it through Corrections & Removal.
What personal information do we collect?
When you use Netstate our data collection is limited to a small set of personal information:
We do not sell your personal information. We apply reasonable security measures and share it only with processors that run the service (hosting, payments, email) under contract, or where required by law.
What are your rights under data protection laws?
Depending on where you live, data protection laws may give you rights over your personal data — to request access, correct, delete or port your personal information, and to object to certain processing — for example California residents under the CCPA, or users in the European Union under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
