If a record is inaccurate, outdated, or matched to the wrong entity, you can ask us to fix or remove it. We check every request against the issuing source before making a change. We aim to respond within three business days.
What can you request?
Netstate republishes records from government sources, so we can change how a record appears on Netstate — we cannot alter the official filing held by the issuing agency. The three things we can do:
How is a request handled?
Submit
You email us the record URL and what's wrong — via the form below or directly.
Re-verify
We re-check the value against the issuing agency's source.
Act
We correct, split or remove — or explain, with the source, why the record stands.
Log
The change is recorded in the entity's history and you're notified of the outcome.
We aim to respond within three business days. Removal requests that require legal review may take longer; we’ll tell you if so. How each field is sourced in the first place is documented in the methodology.
Submit a request
The more precise the record URL and description, the faster we can verify it. Fields marked optional can be left blank.
Prefer email? Write to hello@netstate.co with the record URL and the correction. It routes to the same team.
