Alternatives · Enigma
Enigma models what businesses do — revenue and activity signals delivered by API. Netstate republishes what the government has on file about them: registrations, filings, liens and licenses, cited to source and readable in a browser.
The two start from different raw material. Enigma builds derived attributes about businesses for programmatic use. Netstate keeps the primary record primary: each profile shows the filings themselves, labeled with the registry or federal dataset they came from, so your reviewer can verify any field at its origin.
Netstate is also usable without a data contract: search and profiles are open in the browser, the read API needs no key, and plans are self-serve at published prices.
Read a profile for yourself: Howard Concrete Pumping Co., Inc., or start from the jurisdiction directory. The methodology lists every source behind these fields.

Search and profiles are open to browse. Plans from $49/month add credits to unlock full profiles, watchlists and exports — published pricing, month to month, cancel anytime.
