## Liens API — $0.08 per request

UCC filings from the indexed state registries: debtor, filing number, dates and secured party where that registry publishes them.

32 state registries, read from the UCC index on 2026-10-10. Each state page is the live source; a registry not listed here is not indexed.

- **Alabama** (116,866 index rows) — Not every row carries a filing date; dated rows are shown newest first. Filings dated in the last 30 days are on record.
- **Alaska** (294,103 index rows) — No usable filing dates. The rows are a sample of the index, not the latest filings.
- **Arkansas** (150,862 index rows) — Filing dates are on record, including the last 30 days. The state page states no further caveat.
- **California** (535,653 index rows) — Filing dates are on record, including the last 30 days. The state page states no further caveat.
- **Colorado** (3,027,089 index rows) — Not every row carries a filing date; dated rows are shown newest first. Newest filing date on record is 2026-07-30, and the state page does not show a last-30-days count.

## FAQ

### What is Netstate?

Netstate is a business verification platform that helps you discover, verify and monitor companies against the official public record — registration status and good standing, officers, EIN, UCC liens, licenses and permits, federal history and sanctions screening — for 128 million companies across every US state, DC, Puerto Rico and Canada, with every field cited to its government source.

### Who uses Netstate?

Compliance, legal, finance and sales teams at companies of all sizes use Netstate to verify counterparties, run due diligence and monitor the companies they work with — alongside journalists, researchers and investors.

### How does Netstate get its data?

Every field is republished from a government source — Secretaries of State plus 16 federal datasets — and labeled with its origin so you can verify it. The full catalog and refresh cadence is in the methodology.

### Can I try Netstate before buying?

Yes — search and company profiles are open to browse for free before you commit, no account needed. Opening contacts and premium records takes a plan: Starter is $15/month, and every plan is month to month, cancel anytime.

### What is a credit?

1 credit opens the premium data of one company — contacts and UCC liens today, bankruptcy and court records as they ship — and keeps them open for good. Everything else on a profile is free. Credits reset monthly; searching and browsing never spend credits.

### Can I use Netstate data for credit or hiring decisions?

No. Netstate is not a consumer reporting agency, and its data may not be used for any purpose covered by the FCRA — decisions about credit, insurance, employment or housing. It is built for research and business due diligence, where your team reviews the records and makes the call.

### Can I switch plans?

Yes — upgrade or downgrade anytime. Changes take effect immediately, prorated.

### How does billing work?

Plans are billed monthly — Starter $15, Basic $39, Pro $99 — and renew automatically until you cancel. Manage your card, invoices or cancellation anytime from your account. All prices are in USD.

### What happens if I cancel?

Your plan stays active until the end of the billing period, then access closes. Your account and the companies you unlocked are kept in case you come back. No lock-in, no exit calls.

### Do you offer API access?

Yes. API access is included with Pro at $99/month — pay by card in the same checkout as the other plans. The Liens API is $0.08 per request and the SoS filings API is $0.03 per request; those rates are not charged on the card. A bulk dataset of either is an email to team@netstate.co. Watchlists, higher limits and custom volume still ship with Enterprise.

### I just need the data once — do I have to subscribe?

No. A one-off data export gets you a filtered CSV, XLSX or JSON file priced per record and field — from $0.004 per record, billed once. See netstate.co/export-data.
